Room facilities
(Bedrooms DO NOT have bathroom)
There are communal bathrooms on each floor.
• Room cleaning once a week
• Clean quality blankets, linen and towels
• Large stand alone draws and under bed storage
• Large mirrors, heaters, fans, T.V and remotes
• Bedside cabinets, lamps and bedside clocks
• Clothes racks and clothes hangers
• Study desk provided in all the bedrooms.
ON CHECK IN
The following cash payments are required, they included the following:
• 4 weeks rent
• 1 week bond refunded on check out conditions apply
• Once only, cleaning fee of $30.00 per person
